So after three weeks of baking twice a week I have this totally rewarding batch to slice into this morning! Isn't she beautiful? This is the kind of bread that encourages a baker to keep baking. It also means we will probably need to bake again sooner since these loaves are light and tender, not holey and crumbly.
Gotta go, the toaster just popped! Can you smell that?
